White shirt sleeve top

Lightweight cotton top with cream color knit details. The tiny buttons are seashells or seashell like the hem has a frayed look. This top is perfect for the beach. Brand new with the extra button. It has three small little dark spot. I'm not sure if they come out, I haven't tried.
