White silk w/ shoulders cut-out shirt size large

White silky shirt with a very nice flow to it, the arms flow well. there’s a bell kind of end at the arm, the back has a button. It is a size large and I honestly do not remember where I got it but I was in Chicago shopping in like their outlet districts
