White silky mini dress

White mini dress from Zara. Silky feeling material. Never worn. Size small. Tags stills on. Purchased for an event but ended up not wearing and missed return window. Arrived with linear waxy appearing stain overlying right chest (shown in picture two) and small semi circle spot with two small fabric pulls on right waist hem. I’m not sure what these are from but the way the fabric drapes should not be super noticeable when wearing.
