White strapless dress with embroidered flowers handmade in Indonesia small/med

Handmade with beautiful embroidery. Tag says one size. The back is stretchy and measures like a small or medium. The ties can either be tied up around your neck or at a bow in the front. This is handmade and may have some flaws in stitching. All photos were taken by me and are of the actual item for sale. Bust measures 12 laying flat - (not taking into account the stretch in back.)
