White stretch capri pants, size 8

smoke-free home. has stretch. waist is 31" but it sits below the belly button. size 8. across the hips measures 19 1/2" inches. if you stretch it it can go to 20 1/2". these are capri pants and from the waist to the Hem it measures 34 in. side zipper. war once and took them to the dry cleaners. there is one little Mark on the back pocket and I think it's from the press at the dry cleaners. I guess as it will come out. two back pockets that are buttoned. flat front. no pleats no pockets. the rise and the front is 9 and 1/2 in and then the inseam is 25 in. I normally wear a six or an 8 but because these sit a little below the waist they are tight on me.
