White summer top

Light, summery top with rose and flower details on the front, bottom hem, and sleeves. Tie in the front. Sleeves have gold buttons. A bit wrinkled, but otherwise in great shape. Lightly used. Great to throw on to go to the beach, or stay cool on a hot day!
