White topaz blue stone dancing lady pendant and chain in sterling silver

This pendant and chain were purchased from an estate and are in excellent pre owned condition showing little to no signs of wear.  This fun dancing lady pendant is adorned with white topaz gemstones in a prong setting. Blue stones look like glass on the dress portion but on the face of the lady, it looks like it could actually be sleeping beauty turquoise. Pricing this lower than turquoise. Dress portion has two tones of gold and rhodium plated over sterling silver. Chain measures 20 inches in length with spring ring clasp. 925 STS  I believe this is a Chuck Clemency design from qvc or shophq All reasonable offers considered
