Custom made white tulle layered skirt with elastic waist band. Open at the front so it can be worn over a shorter dress or fitted dress. Waist band 31 cm across when unstretched. Length is 150cm. Purchased for my wedding day but I decided not to wear it (skirt does not come with beaded dress pictured).
