White w/ blue & green floral Old Navy open shoulder dress

Worn once and just decided it wasn’t my style. (It looks way better with a belt!) Perfect condition, no stains/rips/loose threads or snags. Sleeves are elastic at the ends for a flowy mini bell look & there’s pleating on the front of the chest that I always thought was super cute. The back ties at the back of the neck but the dress has no other hardware (no zipper etc. it’s just a pull over.) It fits true to size and is loose but if you’ve got a big booty you’ll probably want leggings to wear under this bc it’s on the short side when it’s belted!
