White wedding/prom dress with blue belt.

NWOT Never worn nicely made dress size small or xtra small. Very cute dress! It looks great on! It was purchased online and the bride was unhappy with the style and chose another dress. Has a few loose beads, one loop holder is sewn into a seam and the zipper is a little hard to zip right at the belt, but otherwise in perfect condition! Will send measurements on request and am willing to secure beads and fix the caught loop!
