White with black polka dots dress

VINTAGE! I wore this dress in the 90's, my daughter wore it mid 2000's. Unfortunately, it does not fit either of us anymore. Simple dress with buttons at the chest area only so you can determine the amount of cleavage you want to show. There is yellowing in the underarms area and the belt is missing which could easily be replaced with a multitude of colors. If you want more pictures and/or measurements, let me know.
