White with blue roses formal/semiformal dress

I wore this to homecoming in high school, in great condition. I really love the way the fabric feels and it’s great quality. I don’t really know the size I want to say a 10? I’m a medium top and large bottom and this dress fit well. It is super low cut as you can see.
