White with blue stripes summer dress

Such a fun dress for summer! This is mostly white with royal blue horizontal stripes and little poms around each sleeve. Material is stretchy. Purchased from TJ MAXX and the brand is Heyton. I’m 5’9 and this hits about 6 inches above my knees.
