White&clear plastic bracelet. Approx. 5 in. around

This cute bracelet is white and clear plastic. It is approx. 5 inches around so this is for small wrists. It does NOT stretch. I couldn’t model it for you for that reason. I don’t know the brand, but believe it was bought from JCPenney or New York and Company.
