100% cotton vest. Made in India. Tag says M/L but it fits like an American XS. Cream-colored nubby cotton on the outside, very soft white cotton fleece on the inside. Width from the end of each shoulder of the vest = 14 inches Width of the bottom of the vest = 16 inches Height from top of collar to lowest point of vest = 15 inches
