By the 1960's they revealed simpler styles and clean lines for the Mod Era. Today, Whiting & Davis bags continue to be featured by actresses, musicians, stylists and bloggers. While I can't confirm this, I was told by the sales associate at W&D that this bag was carried in an episode of "This is Us"...
