Whiting and Davis Chain Mesh Envelope Crossbody Convertible Purse Vintage

Bag is a brushed matte silver tone metal mesh stitched to a beige grosgrain taffeta fabric lining. Bag has a functional snap closure and is in good shape, considering its age. However, there are some small signs of wear to the exterior metal. Please refer to photographs for examples. Lining does show signs of wear on the inner flap, where parts of it have rubbed through against the metal at friction points; again please refer to photographs for detail. There are no interior pockets. Bag measures approximately 8" L x 6.75" W x 0.75" thick at the flap. Chain strap is not removable or adjustable, but can can be held in two different methods: the double handle method strap drop measures approx 8” the single crossbody chain method strap drop measures approx 15"
