Whiting and Davis International Shoulder Bag White Mesh Leather Clutch Evening

Envelope design off white bag that can be a shoulder bag or detach the strap to make into a clutch. Leather and metal mesh with magnetic snap catch located just under the edge of front flap. Inside offers back wall zippered pocket and the lining is signature and medium tan in color. I think this bag to be from the 1960's but not sure. It looks to me like there is a small dark area on front of bag to the right front edge of the flap on bag. I have no idea as to what it is or as to if it will clean off or not. I will let you see to it as I do not want to do the wrong thing and ruin the bag. Measures about: Length: 12.5" Height: 7" Depth: 1-3/4" Strap: 21" and can be detached to make into clutch bag.
