The purse is a rare, Whiting & Davis, style. It is a cream colored mesh with a snap close top. It is a unique style and shape- perfect for the essentials and then some! The chain-maille metallic outside - the enamel painted disks in cream will go with everything! The envelope flap top is lined with gold trim. It has a hidden snap closure and a cream, Lucite handle. Inside is lined with a very clean, navy blue colored fabric with the 'Whiting and Davis, made in the USA tag' attached next to the back pocket. It is a unique, quality, purse that is the epitome of early 20th century style. It is in excellent, vintage condition, especially for its age.
