Vintage. There are a few spots on the inside of the blouse near the brand label.  Size tag/fabric content tag is faded.  Measures 24" straight across bust, 23" across waist, 20" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, shoulder length from shoulder seam 24".  Length of front of shirt is 30", length of back of shirt is 34".  Measured while flat.
