Gorgeous dress from Target’s Who What Wear line. One of my favorites that always got compliments. Only selling because if sadly doesn’t fit me anymore. Beautiful black embroidery on the bodice. Ruffles along the skirt and the sleeves. Zips up the side and buttons at the back neckline. Also has a tie that goes around the waist and pockets! Bust 33in Waist 27in Length 52 1/2in
