Adorable blue floral two piece skirt set from Who What Wear!! Great together or as separates. The skirt ties on the side with an elastic waist band in the back. The top hits right below the belly button so it’s great with pants! Only worn maybe twice and in excellent condition! Only selling because it’s a bit big on me!
