Who What Wear Blue White Midi dress size Small Flowy Vacation

This blue and white midi dress is perfect for a vacation. Has a slit in each side of the skirt part for a flowy feel. You can also layer it with a denim jacket. I wore it one time in a trip to Lake Tahoe (sadly does not fit me anymore) It is in excellent condition.
