Who What Wear black chiffon blouse with bright yellow floral print. Beautiful blouse with such a beautifully detailed floral print. Chiffon fabric, with little ruffled hem on the sleeve cuffs (see pictures) Only selling because I’ve only worn it once, and it’s too pretty to hang in my closet!
