Who What Wear Green Flutter Sleeve Shirt

NWT flutter sleeve top from Who What Wear for Target. It’s a size M and the color is Tokyo city green, a really vibrant cross between a kelly green and an emerald. Really loved this when I bought it intending to wear it for work and play but then it got buried and I never actually wore it. Help me find this top a good home!
