myjoyfamily Was the hip measured 8" below the waist?

annebellelee @myjoyfamily I measured it at the end of the darting. 8” below the waistline it’s closer to 19”, it’s hard to determine exactly where hips are because it’s classified as a pencil skirt but gets wider towards the hem even below the hips. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
