Blue floral dress with side cut outs. Simply adorable! Purchased the 3 and 4X but the skirt was full enough on the 3X for me so I kept that one. Forgot to return this one and the return window has closed now. Brand new in original packaging from Target. Note even tried on. I wore this with a white jean jacket but was very comfortable wearing without a jacket. Not “too” revealing.
