Who What Wear black and white polka dot romper. 3/4 sleeves. Bell sleeves/ ruffle with ruffle also at bottom. Front is cross over with snap to stay in place. Keyhole back with button closure. Stretch elastic waist. Does not come with belt. Measures about 20” from pit to pit and about 15.5” across the elastic waist (unstretched). Inseam is 4.25” including the ruffle.
