This is a midi length, long sleeve knit dress by Who What Wear. It has two fabric ties that are meant to be tied together to create a side tie with a ruched or faux wrap appearance, but make the waist and hips a little adjustable. When tied, it gives the dress excellent drape and texture. It has a slight slit on the left side.
