Reposhing this item I purchased from @simpleisthebest. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Who What Wear high neck blouse. Cute tie at back of neck. Black blouse with very light blue polka dots. No longer new with tags but was only worn once. Excellent condition just didn't end up being my style.
