Who’s the princess?

This is a beautiful rhinestone, possibly vintage? Tiara All the rhinestones are intact. The band around the back where it meets the front piece has a crack, but it does not alter the use or the look of the tiara see last photo. Top rhinestone is loose but still in the holder
