Why Dress Size XXL Black Ruffle Pencil Skirt With Pockets

Classic suit skirt from Why Dress in size XXL. Made from polyester in spandex it is a dark ebony black in color. It closes up the left hip with a zipper that can be secured at the top with a hook and eye. It features two slit pockets one on either hip. There is a double layer of vertical ruffles down the left side of the skirt. The waist measurement is about 38-40 in. It measures about 25 in in length. The skirt does have a very slight horizontal stretch to it. This item comes from a pet friend on smoking home.
