Not sure if you know this or whatever is going on, but I was excited to check my mail when I got home & I got this instead. I bought your items for $20.00 plus the $4.99 for shipping. Now I get this Parcel notice saying I owe $12.55 for the shipping cost? Do you know what's going on? I e-mailed Posh. Hopefully I get a reply from them soon.

myrucca876 @e_f_t_c No, I have never seen anything like this before? They accepted it at the post office, I made sure they accepted it in front of me..if it weighed more they would have said something then. Let's see what Posh says, maybe it's a glitch with the new shipping rules? I'm so sorry you got this rather than your wonderful package 😔 let me know whatever I can do!

e_f_t_c @myrucca876 Good Morning. Well this is the reply I got back from Posh. At least I know they received my e-mail, now I'm just waiting for another e-mail explaining why they're asking me to pay extra. I included the e-mail on the next 2pics so you could see. Hopefully Posh will send me an email explaining why this happened. I'll keep u updated through this post.

myrucca876 @e_f_t_c Good morning. Yeah, that is there standard e-mail but they are great at looking into things - no worries. I also reached out to two very great Poshers who I'm hoping might be able to shed more light? So weird. Whatever I have to do only end, let me know..I feel so bad!

e_f_t_c @myrucca876 awe don't feel bad. I'm thinking Just to go ahead & pay this & hopefully Posh will reimburse me that amount. Don't want you to have to wait for your funds. :-( Not your fault. I'll try to make it to the post office this afternoon after work.

cmhowald @myrucca876 oh that totally sucks! Never had it happen to me, but love the "we are too busy to deal with you right now" standard email from posh. Yes, they should absolutely do something about this. Unless it was a trade and not made through posh, then you have no help from them. But it doesn't sound like that is the case here. I would email posh everyday, if not more, until they respond. And be prepared for another "textbook response" from them that doesn't give you any explanation whatsoever. I do hope it gets rectified. e_f_t_c @myrucca876 I finally got a reply from Posh. I just got home but was unable to make it to the post office. I took a picture of the email on the last picture. I will go there first thing in the morning & pick up the pkg. Posh said they will reimburse me. That's a good thing.

e_f_t_c @myrucca876 I honestly believe that there was a glitch with the new shipping cost, not that you used the wrong box, especially if this never happened before. Hope they fix the problem, so this will not happen to anyone else.
