Why was I unresponsive?

On the morning of 9/23, I fell and got 6 stitches in my left knee, a sprained wrist, and a chipped front tooth. Thankfully, I'm healing and now able to drive and walk, and while slower at the moment, I'm able to get back on schedule. All sales that were delayed have been shipped. Please remember, I'm not a business, just a person selling some of my things here.
