333ktcrossman @ryslynn Hi! Thanks for inquiring. If I recall correctly, the hat is nylon. I'm not positive as it was a plain black hat that I spray painted with a rustoleum primer+color paint. It took one entire can to get the coverage enough to my liking. There is definitely a wire in the brim for shaping. let me know if you have anymore questions!
