dawniehagen @salky7 Man, I am simply at a loss here! I actually came across your item's entry regarding the refund, but I see you've not received it. This is my first such transaction, so I'm betting there's something I'm not doing correctly or not telling them something imperative. Please allow me to try contacting them one more time.
