Wide Leg High Rise Pants

- high rise - cute ruffled detail around waist - elastic band waist and button zip - bought these in Thailand, not sure of the actual size as I believe the brand is Chinese but I’d say M/L - waist laying flat is 14” but about 16” when stretched with the elastic band - not sure of the fabric but feels like cotton - will iron before sending :)
