Wide Leg Ruffle Pants

Made the mistake of ordering these off of Facebook. They were waaaay too small and it would cost me almost as much as I paid to return them. 🙄 I think they’re close to a Women’s Small. Waist and Hips are 22”. Length is 39”. They are cute. 😩Non-smoking, pet-friendly home. They are brand new, never worn, but I don’t think they had tags.
