buzudesigns @uptowngirlsd It's not silk, it drapes like silk, but has more of a sheen. I'll get the measurements for you when I get back in the studio tomorrow... they do run slightly larger. Happy Poshing👗❤️😊

buzudesigns @uptowngirlsd They are 17" measured flat at the waist. They are 100% polyester, but do have the feel silk. I'm adding a pic of the fabric held on the bias so you can get an idea of the drape. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions 😊Happy Poshing 👗😊
