How else can I say it? If you like wide legs you are going to absolutely love these pants. It was really difficult to get the best picture of the actual shade of Orange from these pants but the sixth picture I consider the best for the closest accurate color. These are from Ralph Lauren. Measurements are as follows Leg bottom with is 14 in across Top front to crotch is 8 and a 1/2 in. Hips across is about 20 and 1/2 in Leg length from top to bottom is about 40".

whimsicalsouls @crswfe1 Good morning, i need to check and see how they run. Normally, it would be a size 2. I am a 26 and I normally go for either a 0 or a 2, depending on the cut.
