Brand new, do not come with tags, came with a garment bag from VICI. I love them! I have only tried them on but never worn. Even with my tallest heels they are too long for me. I'm 5"6. These are size small with button and zipper and a stretchy band on the back side. I wear 27-28 inch waist pants skirts. With stretch I can get away with smaller. These feel perfect for spring and summer and into early fall.
