Wide leg pants

Casual wide leg pants with waist elastic top. Silk like and super fun colors. I bought them from fellow posher, but they were too long for me so I never wore them. They came with a tiny brown stain at the bottom- looks like eyeliner possibly. I’m 4’11 for reference.
