Wide legged jeans

wide leg jeans...measurements are located in the photo. these jeans are from Shein. be advised there is absolutely NO STRECH in these jeans. I usually wear an XL but these couldn't fit over my hips, & I actively wear a 16R...with that being said if you are smaller than 16R than these are the perfect pair of jeans for you...i would say 10, 12, maybe even a 14...any questions let me know & I will do my best to get the answers.
