Navy, purple and white, fit and flare heavy. cotton dress. Neckline fits off the shoulder and is slanted and trimmed in a white, lacey fabric.The same lacey fabric is used on one of the elbow length sleeves. The other skeeve is made of the same fabric as the dress. Bodice has a front p anel trimmed in white. The hem of the dress skirt, is also trimmed in white. Dress has side pockets and a back zipper.
