clouie @closetrefresh17 Hello-yes, brand new. I'll have to check if these arrived with sales tags. I just realized that Lush products did not come with brand sales tags. But, I assure you, all items in my closet marked Boutique are brand new, straight from the brand distributor. I just haven't gone full throttle with ordering myself my own store sales tags to attach.

clouie @closetrefresh17 And if it helps, I don't believe I removed these from the stock plastic bags they came in. I only removed the model piece. Regardless, I'll confirm if they did come with sales tags, or if they didn't like the few Lush products I have listed in my boutique. Thanks for the inquiry.
