Wide-leg tie-dye faux-wrap pants

One side has an asymmetrical 'wrap'-very different. Cream and gray. Inseam ~ 31 inches; No size label. But I believe would fit a S or M: waist unstretched is ~13.5'; stretched ~20'. Has no fabric content, but it's a medium-weight gauze. I would guess, rayon, polyester, cotton. Very different and comfortable. No tags/but new/never been worn.
