mamatomunchkins @mikailamedlin i would best describe as flexible and generous. We got 2 winters out of it. We wore at like 9 months cuffed and then again at 18 months - not cuffed. Since it’s just a Velcro overlap at the top, it doesn’t bubble like a zipper even when it’s big.
