The best of the early 70’s in a Dress, before disco came along and ruined it. It’s lovingly handmade, so im basing size on measurements. The material is some kind of synthetic blend that looks like velour. Keep in mind that it is not bias cut so not a lot of give. Such a sweetheart with its empire waist ruffled hem, and cerulean velvet tie. Shoulders. 28” Chest: 32” Waist: 26” Hips: 34” Length from shoulder to hem: 51”
