Wild Fable *NWT* Target Tie Waist Mini Skirt Sz 14

I don’t know what’s cuter about this skirt, the tie waist or the contrast stitching! Anyway, it’s adorable. It’s size 14 but since it’s Wild Fable it really fits more like a 12. New with tags, never worn!
