Wild Fable White Handkerchief skirt

Only worn a twice. White handkerchief hem midi skirt with a smocked waist. No stains or tears. Main skirt is cotton and the lining is polyester (see photo of tag.) 36 inches long and lightweight for summer. Size small but it fits like a size 6-8 pant. Smoke free home.
